Full description

When describing a property, words such as special, impressive and outstanding are, in my opinion, over used and very often an exaggeration of the truth (known as artistic licence). In the case of this property I have to say that I need no artistic licence and anything written in the following description will probably still not get close to describing the passion for quality, engineering and excellence that have come together to make the home that is "Long Acre"...

The following description is more than a regular agency description and is in fact a compilation of information gleaned from the vendors who designed, specified and oversaw the building of this, their 'very unique' dream home.

Approach:
The property is approached from the road via a private driveway which leads to the gated entrance. The gates open to access the large tarmacadam driveway and tree / shrub bordered and landscaped gardens giving access to the impressive residence with its triple integral garages.

The Plot & Location:
